People learn best when they see themselves in the medium and content of a learning experience. When they can feel seen and understood. Which is why I let myself be endlessly curious and caring about the learners, but also create spaces for play, debate, shared-reflection, peer-review and all colours of discussions. Here are some of my guiding commitments:

COMMUNITY
AS DELIBERATE ARCHITECTURE
IDENTITY AND INCLUSIVITY
AS FOUNDATIONS
FEEDBACK AND NORMS
AS CULTURE

To Foster Human Connection

Fall 2025
HARVARD EXTENSION SCHOOL
In our classe, we learned the importance of using difficult conversation to build group norms. The concept of naviguating tensions ended up guiding my project proposal (spoiler: identity is key in that realm).

When building my “Conflict is Good, Actually” Course, my thoughts were “How can I use the latest research in conflict resolution to help young adults connect with each other and become agents of change?”

2022-2023
NPOWER CANADA
As a Program Coordinator at NPower, my role was focused on ensuring the smooth running of the learning program + facilitating participants’ professional development.

I was passionate about personally connecting with participants, and encouraging collaboration through the activity-design
(collective job board, peer review, group scavenger.)

2015—2017
MONT-LIBRE AGILE LEARNING CENTER
When opening Mont-Libre, our goal was to offer a democratic social space for home-schooled youth. We put careful consideration in how to teach community, curiosity, democratic values,  autonomy, through the very STRUCTURE.

The young people at Mont-Libre now participate to daily short stand-ups, where they review rules, norms, and everyday problems. The result is a sense of freedom and safety, felt by anyone stepping into the space
