Maybe I am overcompensating for being called “disorganized” in elementary school, but I now make it my pride to organize anything I can touch. I like to track, take notes, compound and map: it helps me think more clearly. This tendancy has been useful at work, and most especially in learning projects.

HARVARD EXTENSION SCHOOL
Thought I love Canva and Blackboard, For my course-building project, I decided to work with a different LMS: Notion. 

This unconventional choice was made because Notion offers a great amount of customization, allowing to create a true “Second-Brain” design. 

On top of creating a learning space for participants, I also developped a learning space for instructors - putting equivalent efforts into making the content organized and coordinated.

NPOWER CANADA When working at NPower Canada, I very much enjoyed playing with optimizing Blackboard for our students, so much so that my manager ended up deligating all blackboard tasks.

I also lead an initiative to improve our case-work notetaking, as part of our role was to provide individualized support in participant’s professional development.

AutoVerifyIn my current postion as an Account Manager, on top of creating my own CRM to consolidate the data from 4 different platform, I also take initiatives to organize information for our department, within google drive. made own CRM.
