Impact can come from investing passion into small, daily, gesture. It can also come from the existential undertaking of making choices. Here are some of the projects I’ve chosen over the year, that resonated with my core values.

HARVARD EXTENSION SCHOOL

Pamphlet, made for the “Conflict is Good, Actually” Course
When building a mock-course as a part of my Learning Design and Technology Certificate - I decided to reflect a topic close to my heart: Conflict Resolution.

According to Guy Burgess and Heidi Burgess (2025),
Co-Directors of the Conflict Information Consortium,
“Destructive Conflict is the Most Serious Threat to Our Common Future”, and “We All Have a Role to Play In Promoting More Constructive Conflict“.

I plan to continue developping this workshop, and propose it at no cost to clubs and associations.

NPower Canada is a non-profit organization offering a path to financial freedom through free tech-training and certification. When working there, I poured my best into providing support to participants, ensuring close to 90% employement rate post-program,

2015—2017
MONT-LIBRE AGILE LEARNING CENTER
In 2016, when my colleague Marc-Alexandre Prud’homme and I opened Mont-Libre: our goal was to offer a democratic social space for home-schooled youth. Our philosophy was inspired by self-directed
learning, non-violent communication, and agile organizing.
